Biography
Weed Geek is the project of musician and composer Abner Gomes, a Brazilian psychedelic music producer and the founder of Arapé Records. Born in São Paulo in 1992, he studied Music Education and Music Production, and has participated in various projects spanning rock, jazz, rap, and more. His music is a blend of electronic, organic, and experimental elements. Drawing strong influences from Goa Trance, Darkpsy, Forest, and Psychedelic Night, he delivers sweeping melodies, breathtaking lead lines, deep soundscapes, and compelling grooves. His goal is to elevate the dance floor's energy, allowing everyone to transcend together through movement-based meditation. Weed Geek opens a portal on the dance floor, inviting everyone to connect with their true essence. By confronting the audience with the unexpected, he invites them into a psychedelic ritual of love, healing, and liberation.
